At Barks and Rec our only focus is your dog. Our front office hours of operation are for drop-off and pick-up only. Due to staffing requirements, drop-off and pick-up are NOT available outside of our normal hours of operation. While there is normally a dog handler here, they are not able to safely leave the dogs alone to check your dog in or out, outside of normal operating hours.
Drop-off and Pick-up:
Monday-Friday: 7:30a - 12p & 4p - 7p Closed 1 - 4.(Drop-off and pick-up are not available during this time.)
Saturday: 8a - 12 & 5p - 7p Closed 12 - 5.(Drop-off and pick-up are not available during this time.)
Sunday: 4pm - 7pm (Morning pick ups & drop off’s by reservation only.)
**Any daycare or boarding guest not picked up by 7p will be tucked in for the night and charged an overnight boarding fee. Pick up is NOT available after 7p.
Holiday Hours of Operation:
Our office is closed for business on all major holidays.
**(Staff members are caring for your pet even when the office is closed.)
Holiday policy: A $50 per dog deposit is required to hold a holiday reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If the reservation is not cancelled at least 5 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, you will be charged $50 per dog. If you do not cancel your holiday reservation and do not show, you will be charged for your original -and full- stay.
There is no discount for a second dog from the same family for any holiday stay.
There is a 3 night minimum stay for Easter/Spring Break.
