Health and Safety
Health: All guests must be in
good health, be flea and worm free, up to date on vaccinations and not have any condition that places any other dog or human at risk. Older dogs, puppies, dogs with weakened immune systems may be more susceptible to all health conditions. If you have concerns, consult with your Vetrinarian before deciding if a boarding facility or daycare/group play is a good fit for your dog.
Spayed/Neutered: Must be spayed or neutered once they reach 6 months of age.
Age: All guests must be at least 4 months in age, received all required rounds of puppy shots and be potty trained.
Behavior: All guests must be non-aggressive and not excessively food or toy protective. Additionally, we reserve the right to turn away dogs for excessive barking, or any other reason should we feel it is necessary for the comfort and/or safety of our other guests.
Medications: We are happy to administer ORAL medications to your dog free of charge. However, we will not administer any drug
that is not in the original container. In addition, all instructions for administering drugs must be clearly documented in writing. All prescription
medications must clearly show pet’s name, medication name, strength, and dosage.
We do not give any type of injection, and do not accept diabetic dogs.
Health Conditions: If your dog has a chronic health condition, you must let us know in advance. We will
discuss this condition with you and then let you know if we can, or cannot, safely board your dog. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse
any dog with a chronic health condition. If you wait to tell us until time of drop-off, your dog may not be permitted to stay.
Excessive Bed Soiling: If your dog is not crate trained and soils his/her bedding/crate, there will be a $5 PER INCIDENT charge to clean the bedding and/or crate. Additionally, your dog's health and cleanliness is important to all of us, so if your dog requires a bath due to diarrhea, etc., there will be a minimum bath charge of $25 (per bath). This may be more depending on the size of your dog, hair length, etc.
